  • Iraq Lawyer

    A law practice offering comprehensive legal services covering the Kurdistan Region and the other fifteen governorates which make up the federal Republic of Iraq as well as worldwide, on matters related to Iraq.

  • UK VISA To Learn English

    The UK Visa Project has been set up to assist those of our members who wish to visit the UK to improve their English.

  • Humphrey H. Humphrey Fellowship in the USA

    IPMO set up the Humphrey H. Humphrey Fellowship Project to help members who have the necessary experience and qualifications to apply for the 10-month Hubert Humphrey Education course in the United States.

  • Chevening Scholarship in the UK

    IPMO set up the Chevening Scholarship Project to help members who have the necessary experience and qualifications to apply for a 12-month course in the UK, leading to a Master’s degree at a British university participating in the program.

  • Master’s Scholarships Worldwide

    IPMO set up the Master’s Scholarships Worldwide to help those of our WOMEN members who wish to apply for the Nestle MBA Scholarships project for Women from Developing Countries.

  • Kurdish for Beginners

    Since the Summer of 2017 IPMO has been running Kurdish for Beginners classes at our headquarters in Shehidani Zargata, Sulaimani.

  • Mesopotamia Yoga

    Starting in December 2018 IPMO will be offering Yoga Classes delivered by internationally qualified Yoga Instructors at the top hotels in Sulaimani and Erbil.

  • Fulbright Scholarship in the USA

    IPMO set up the Fulbright Scholarship Project to help members who have the necessary experience and qualifications to apply for the Fulbright Scholarship in the US.

  • Project Sus Scrofa (Wild Boars of South Kurdistan)

    IPMO is in the process of launching Project Sus Scrofa (the scientific name for the Wild Boar species) to examine various aspects of the species of Wild Board and how this species has interacted with the inhabitants of South Kurdistan (which is another name for Iraqi Kurdistan) since the beginning of civilization.

Wild Boars of South Kurdistan Project

The latest project that is being planned at IPMO is the Sus Scrofa (Wild Boars of South Kurdistan) Project to examine how the species of Wild Boars has interacted with the inhabitants of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (also called Soth Kurdistan with East Kurdistan being in Iran, North Kurdistan in Turkey and West Kurdistan

Yoga Classes Starting

IPM has reached agreement in principle with the Millennium Hotels Group to start running Yoga Classes at the Grand Millennium Hotel, Sulaimani with trials planned to start in December 2018. Depending on the public’s response to the trials IPMO plans to run seasonal Yoga events during the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter at the Grand

    Col. Dionysios Anninos was senior engineering commander responsible for the reconstruction efforts of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Gulf, Region District, Baghdad, Iraq. The program consisted of more than 300 projects valued at more than US$2 billion, spanning such sectors as security, transportation, communications, health, education and infrastructure.

  • I firmly believe the gates of opportunity for solutions will swing open with the simple acceptance of ideas, along with the skills and knowledge possessed by each team member. Perhaps most important, each team member must have a clearly defined role with a set of responsibilities—and be empowered to carry them out. Without these parameters, the team will not achieve its fullest potential, and individuals will act as individuals, attempting to maximize their own achievements versus optimizing the group's success.

  • Whether you're operating a combat theater or a civilian construction site, project delivery is a complex business executed in an endlessly changing environment. Over time, processes and Knowledge Areas have evolved to bring structure to the delivery of projects. Effective leaders obviously need to balance cost, schedule and quality, but they must build the right team, remain agile and have confidence in their actions. In my extensive project management experience in the U.S. military, I've discovered unique friction points, cultural nuances and atmospheric challenges to overcome. At the same time, I've encountered many traditional issues that rear their heads particularly in times of urgent deadlines and constrained resources.
