1. How
long will it take for my order to reach me?
Please
allow 21 days for the your order to reach you from the
date it is delivered to our USA address.
2. How
do your shipping prices from the USA compare with
others?
We believe
that our combination of low prices and
simple pricing structure offers the best value for money
available today. US retailers who deliver
internationally have a costly pricing structure based on
the value of the shipment. We have a simple
pricing structure based on weight.
3. How
does your level of service compare with others?
We believe
that our combination of secure shipping and
convenient delivery to your doorstep of USA goods is
unique. Many US retailers do not deliver outside
the USA. If you buy from a US retailer who does
deliver internationally, you will often face the
prospect of paying additional charges on delivery or
having to go through Customs & Excise procedures
resulting in further delays and costs.
Alternatively, you would have to arrange shipment
yourself through one of the major carriers such as DHL,
UPS, or FedEx and pay premium rates.
4. How
can I be sure that I have paid your correct
shipping rate from Bands A -E above?
Our
shipping fee is determined simply based purely on the
weight of the shipment. The description of the
item will often contain information about its weight.
If the item description does not include its weight,
then please use your judgement as to which Band A - E
applies. If you are in doubt as to whether
the item is in Band B (up to 1kg) or Band C
(up to 2kg), then please choose the higher Band (Band
C in this case). We will only charge the
correct amount when the item is shipped and will refund
any over-payments.
