We invite you to join your online 9-hours course of Hatha-Yoga which will introduce you to the world of Yoga Practice.
What you will learn during it?

  • Intro to what is yoga
  • Basic breathing techniques
  • Warm up poses, including the sun salutations
  • Basic standing postures to cultivate strength and balance
  • Basic back bends to cultivate mobility in the spine and to awaken energy
  • Sitting postures like forward bends for flexibility and to calm down
  • Restorative ending poses for relaxation
